Mark McKeague
2010-12

I was born on a farm 10 miles from the northernly point in Ireland, but I was more intrigued by a 486 computer than sheep flock management. Not wanting to write database software, I was drawn to study Music Technology to play with computers in a creative way. While here I realised that I definitely didn’t want to become Phil Spector, but began to create new electronic musical instruments and physical information installations. After a year working as a user interface designer, I arrived at Design Interactions to explore further in technology, society and information.
